Kenny

Born: May 7, 2019

Location: Cap-Rouge, Haiti

Kenny is a boy who lives in Cap Rouge, communal section of Cayes Jacmel, the southeast of Haiti. He was born on May 7, 2019, and he is 4. His father’s name is Parisien and his mother Ossecite and they are farmers. Kenny enjoys playing ball. He always goes to church with his family every Sunday and he likes rice. He attends school, he is in PS2, and works well at school. In his free time, he plays with his sister and his friends. Kenny lives with his mother, in a house made of wood and stone and covered with roof of sheet metal. They have furniture in the house such as a table, a bed, some chairs and other things. He lives in a very difficult situation, because his parents cannot take care of him and are not able to pay his school fees. He is a child who is always healthy. His parents live in a bad situation and have difficulty caring for their children and providing for their needs. They take water from the tank and the river, to make food they use wood. Because of the situation of the country, most of the parents are complaining about the costly life. They don’t know what to do in those very hard times. The reason why Kenny needs help is because he needs support so that he can continue with his school and because his parents have 2 children and are unable to care for their needs as they should. They would like to find some help, so that they can take care of him.
